Great experience and 5* kitchen

About 8 months after our first chat with Smile, our kitchen is finally finished. We love it! Was difficult to get our head around not visiting a showroom at the beginning, but the quality of our kitchen is fantastic and it was great to be able to see lots of samples and colours before making up our minds. All in all a great experience and we would have no hesitation in recommending Smile kitchens to anyone.

Blown away by the designs

We are currently in the process of designing our Smile Kitchen with Jane and have been blown away by the designs. We are planning to go for a bespoke colour and Jane has been really helpful and patient with us as we deliberate over our choices. We can't wait to see our designs come to life!

Amazing design experience

We are in the process of ordering our smile kitchen, working with Jane. She has been so patient and helpful throughout the designing experience and made my life so much easier as currently living on a building site! We have gone for a bespoke colour (and I love that you can do this) and are waiting for samples to arrive before we order. Getting to see the kitchen in 3D has been a game changer for us

Smile kitchens has blown us away with how easy every single process is. Great service and stunning design

The experience I have had with Smile so far has been nothing less than exceptional. Izzy my designer has been amazing. She really listened to what I wanted and took all of my thoughts and ideas and turned them into a design I absolutely love. I have a small kitchen and was looking for clever design to maximise the space as well as a beautiful aesthetic, and Izzy delivered on both, with a price tag that won't break the bank either. She took my ideas and turned them into something better than I could imagine, which is everything I hoped for and more.

The attention to detail is way higher than any other competitor at this price point

We are still in the design phase of our project and have been working with Jane and she has been incredible at helping us understand what we can achieve with our kitchen plans and has been very patient whilst we balance our building work plans with our kitchen plans. The 3D renderings have also built our confidence in knowing what we like and don’t like. The attention to detail is way higher than any other competitor at this price point, sending out samples and finding work arounds to achieve a non-standard high-end finish. Incredibly friendly, helpful and not too pushy. 100% would recommend their design and customer service.

Corinne has been refreshingly helpful and transparent throughout

I have had quotes from lots (too many!) of different kitchen suppliers and smile was by far the most enjoyable design process. Corinne has been refreshingly helpful and transparent throughout and patient with back and forth on decisions due to various factors. We haven't actually quite got to the point of ordering yet so can't comment on the fitted kitchen, but the samples that were sent out are lovely and Corinne just 'got' what I was looking for!

Excellent design experience and follow up help
