TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE FREE PRIZE DRAW.

Eligibility

1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
2. Employees of Smile Kitchens, their immediate family members, or anyone else connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

1. To enter the prize draw, participants must book a free design consultation with Smile Kitchens and use the code ‘SMILEGIVEAWAY’ when booking.
2. No purchase is necessary.

Closing Date

1. The promotion closes at 23:59 on 14th July. Entries received after this date will not be included in the draw.

The Prize

1. One winner will receive a Quooker tap valued at over £1,000.
2. The specific model and finish of the tap are subject to availability and may vary. No cash alternative is available.
3. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Winner Selection and Notification

1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries four weeks after the closing date.
2. The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of booking. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, Smile Kitchens reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Publicity

1. By entering the draw, participants agree to Smile Kitchens using their name and general location in any publicity related to the competition, unless otherwise requested.

Data Protection

1. Personal details provided will only be used for the administration of the prize draw and will be processed in accordance with Smile Kitchens’ Privacy Policy.

General

1. Smile Kitchens reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or temporarily suspend the prize draw in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
