I booked a kitchen design appointment with Smile Kitchens, I found the designer Natalie really helpful in the design process and ongoing communication via email. She was really great when I decided to change the layout after my first consultation. She worked with pics I sent and eventually sent me a link to view the design. The quality and detail of the 3d video was brilliant.

A fantastic experience with Smile!
We were at the start of our kitchen design process and had a rough idea of what we wanted from our kitchen. We had a design consultation with Isabella and she was incredible, offering her detailed and expert knowledge. She came up with design concepts and renders that we couldn't have even imaged. A great experience and I would highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of working with Emma and the whole process was simple and easy. She was able to understand what we were looking for even when we didn’t. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Emma and Smile kitchens again.

Really great experience from start to finish.
Great service with detailed zoom meeting and plenty of samples, and totally patience from Corinne, my designer, with any changes I wanted to make, and there were plenty! Kitchen is now fitted and I think for the money I couldn’t have got better. They even introduced a black colourway, which is what I wanted, during the design process which meant I didn’t have to pay extra for a special colour…result!!

Efficient and seamless!
Smile kitchens have been great to deal with when choosing our new kitchen. Alicia has been amazing throughout the whole journey. Listening to us, guiding us and being patient when we changed our minds a fair few times. The whole process is seamless and the VR system is fab, I would 100% recommend if you are thinking of getting a new kitchen. Can’t wait to see the finished look!!

Smile Kitchens - wouldn’t go anywhere else!
From start to finish the process was so easy. We had an initial video call with our designer Huse who was brilliant and gave us some great ideas. The quality of the units is amazing, it looks beautiful and feels high end, but without the huge price tag.. it feels an absolute bargain and people can’t believe we didn’t compromise on quality for the price we paid. The customer service from start to finish was outstanding and we would highly recommend Smile to anyone looking for a new kitchen!!

We cannot fault the level of service received by the Smile team, it’s been a first class experience.
We had a lovely experience with Smile. Our designer Nat was great – very understanding of our needs, helpful throughout the process, and was able to adjust designs to our many (many!) requests - even when our buildings work started and we realised some practical difficulties… Smile’s design process, even though virtual/online, was seamless. From design to samples, through to final delivery. All items came in good condition and the quality is great – this was our fitter’s second time installing a Smile kitchen/utility and he has praised the quality too!

The 2nd successful kitchen from Smile
This is the second kitchen I have ordered from Smile after receiving a first class service on the first occasion. The whole process worked very well again with Natalie being extremely helpful and responsive in the design phase and similarly with Steve in the Installation phase. I am both the buyer and Installer of the kitchen and had lots of questions along the process which were always answered promptly and fully.
