We want you to be completely satisfied with your new kitchen, so we fix any issues with no quibbles and have a comprehensive returns policy if something isn’t quite right.
Remedials and repairs
- If any part of your kitchen isn’t 100% perfect, we’ll get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible.
- And if something doesn’t go quite to plan during the fit and installation, just get in touch with us and we’ll arrange for any issues to be sorted as soon as possible.
Sending something back
- We pride ourselves in offering fuss-free remedials to our customers. Whilst we try and avoid it at all costs, we know that with kitchen deliveries sometimes things can go wrong, so please be aware of the following:
- In order to receive free replacement items, we must be informed of any damages or issues with product within 14 days of the product being delivered. Any issues reported outside this period may result in you being charged for replacement items.
- Our Made to Order products are not refundable – your designer will let you know if you have ordered products of this type.
