Two-Person Delivery

Every delivery comes with two trained team members. They’ll do the heavy lifting for you, so your fitter doesn’t need to be there, making the whole process smoother from the start.

Dedicated Delivery Team

The same team member who carefully assembled your kitchen in our warehouse will bring it to your door. They know your kitchen inside-out and can answer your questions or speak directly with your fitter.

1. Do I need to be at home for the delivery?

Yes — someone will need to be there to accept your new kitchen. But don’t worry, if you’d prefer your fitter to take delivery on your behalf, that works perfectly too.

2. How long does delivery usually take?

Your delivery is handled with care. Our team will unload everything carefully and walk through the items with you or your fitter to ensure nothing is missed. On average, this process takes around an hour.

3. What happens if something is missing or damaged?

We know things don’t always go perfectly, but we’ll always keep you in the loop. If we’re aware of a missing item before delivery, we’ll let you know straight away and arrange a redelivery. If anything happens in transit, our aftercare team will report it and update you as quickly as possible, so you’re never left wondering.
