Kitchen Kisses £500 Promotion – Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Overview
Smile Kitchens is offering £500 off for the first 5 customers who take part in our Kitchen Kisses promotion.
2. Eligibility
- Offer available to new customers only.
- Orders must have a minimum total value of £3,000 (including VAT).
- Only one discount code per customer/order is permitted.
- The promotion applies to fully designed kitchen orders.
3. How to Claim
- The promo code KISSES500 must be used when booking your design consultation.
- The discount will be applied if your final kitchen order qualifies and is confirmed following the consultation.
- The code cannot be added or applied retrospectively once a consultation has been booked or an order placed.
- The discount is limited to the first 5 qualifying customers who use the code at the time of booking.
- The first five customers whose design consultations are booked via the Smile Kitchens website using the promo code KISSES500 and who subsequently place a qualifying kitchen order (as defined above) will receive the discount.
- The order in which bookings are received is based on Smile Kitchens’ internal booking records, which are final.
4. Discount Details
- Qualifying customers will receive £500 off their final kitchen order (minimum order value £3,000).
- Free delivery is included with all qualifying orders.
- The discount is applied once the order is confirmed.
(Removed deposit reference – as Smile Kitchens does not take deposits.)
5. Exclusions
- Not valid on orders under £3,000.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
- Not applicable to existing quotes or previously booked consultations.
- Code must be entered at the time of booking – no exceptions.
- Any attempt to manipulate or misuse the promotion (including multiple bookings by the same individual or household) will result in disqualification.
6. Timeframe
- Promotion begins on the 11th November 2025 and will run until the first 5 qualifying bookings have been made.
- Smile Kitchens reserves the right to close the promotion early once all five discounts have been redeemed.
7. General Terms
- Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be provided.
- Smile Kitchens reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Smile Kitchens’ decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final.
- Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
