TERMS AND CONDITIONS – REFER A FRIEND PROGRAMME

Eligibility

The Refer a Friend programme is open to Mainland UK residents aged 18 and over.

Employees of Smile Kitchens, their immediate family members, or anyone else connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate.

Rewards are only valid when the referred friend has:

1. Used the referrer’s unique referral link or code to book a Smile Kitchens design consultation,
2. Attended their Smile Kitchens design consultation, and
3. Placed a confirmed kitchen order with Smile Kitchens.

How to Participate

• Each customer will receive a unique referral link or code.

• The referred friend must use this referral link or code when booking their free design consultation.

• To qualify for the reward, the referred friend must:

  1. Use the referral code or link when booking their design consultation,
  2. Attend their design consultation, and
  3. Place a confirmed kitchen order with Smile Kitchens.

• Once these steps are completed, the rewards will be issued as follows:

1. The referred friend will receive £200 off their final kitchen order.2.
2. The referrer (existing customer) will receive £200 for every referred friend who completes the above steps.

Rewards

• The referred friend’s £200 discount will be applied to the final balance of their kitchen order.

• The referrer’s £200 reward will only be issued once the referred friend has used the referral code to book, attended a design consultation, and placed a confirmed kitchen order in accordance with Smile Kitchens’ Terms of Sale.

• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

• There is no limit to the number of referral rewards a customer can earn, provided each referral meets the eligibility criteria.

General Conditions

• If a referred friend cancels or fails to attend their design consultation, or cancels their kitchen order, neither the referrer nor the referred friend will be eligible for rewards.

• Referral codes and links are for personal use only and must not be shared publicly on coupon websites, social media marketplaces, or similar platforms.

• Smile Kitchens reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or temporarily suspend the Refer a Friend programme at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

• Any abuse of the programme, including but not limited to fraudulent referrals, may result in disqualification from participation and forfeiture of rewards.

Data Protection

• Personal details provided in connection with the Refer a Friend programme will only be used for administration and the provision of rewards.

• All data will be processed in accordance with Smile Kitchens’ Privacy Policy.
