I had a really positive experience working with designer Chloe Thompson at Smile Kitchens. She was genuinely lovely to deal with from start to finish; friendly, patient and very approachable. What stood out most was how helpful she was during the design process. She took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and helped turn my ideas into a practical and attractive kitchen layout. Nothing felt rushed, and she was always happy to answer questions or explore different options. Overall, Chloe made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and enjoyable. Jon is the best!

Couldn't be happier with our experience with Jon at smile kitchens. We did a few other designs with competitors and Jon's was the first time we actually got excited. He had a great mixture of design and practicality and was very receptive to our ideas and helped guide us through the process, which was very transparent unlike some other experiences we had. 10/10. Can't wait for our kitchen to be installed in a few weeks

We had a fantastic experience with Smile Kitchens from start to finish. We dealt with Matthew Ansaldo‑Taylor, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Matthew was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew the products inside out. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and was incredibly helpful with every request and question we had along the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his advice really helped us make the right choices. I had a brilliant experience with Smile Kitchens from start to finish. Working with Kyal as my designer made the whole process genuinely enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, patient, and full of great ideas that helped bring my vision to life. We worked with Corinne on our kitchen design and it has been a delight from start to finish! No question or minor change was too much to ask, Corinne explained everything incredibly thoroughly, and the price we got from Smile was SO MUCH more affordable that everywhere else we looked. Wonderful experience and beautiful kitchen

From the beginning to end the whole experience of Smile Kitchens was brilliant. I'd been to see a couple of other kitchen suppliers but Smile was competitive and the whole online experience was easy, stress free and impressive. Suzie my designer was calm, open minded and always willing to work round my ideas even working with her team to see the best option of creating a secret door. Once the order was made I was allocated a support person Mark who was available all the way up to and after delivery to answer a questions from the builders we had - nothing was too much trouble for any of the team. The delivery was also excellent. We had two delivery guys who to be honest were more than that and did far more than just deliver the kitchen. They came with an envelope with lots of information for our kitchen fitter and meticulously ticked off and checked each item as it came into the house, they were extremely professional. The quality of the kitchen is superb and I am over the moon with the end result. I hadn't heard of Smile Kitchens before and only discovered them through seeing a kitchen I liked on facebook and found out where it came from. I'm glad I picked up the phone to enquire as from the moment I spoke to them it felt I made the right decision and I wasn't disappointed.

An interior designers first hand view

I’m an interior designer and worked really closely with Corinne from the design team, on my own kitchen plans and she was honestly amazing!! I had very specific ideas (and changed the design a lot!), but she was so patient and happy to keep reworking the design until we got it just right... I think we’re on version 12 at this point, eek. She made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable, and that level of care and attention to detail really stood out to me. The experience as a whole is very hands on and personal and I genuinely don’t think I could have got to this point without Smile’s support. So affordable for the quality and service. I can’t wait for my kitchen to be delivered. I’m so happy with the experience so far.

Great personalised service

We’ve had a great experience with Smile kitchens so far, Jane has been patient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our new project. We’ve been quite indecisive and she’s helped us through the process by offering ideas and making countless amends until we were 100% happy with the design. From the very first email and video call, we knew we could trust Ian, which helped us so much when making our decisions. He guided us, advised us whilst still keeping all of our wishes in mind. The actual visuals from Smile were 10/10. The best I’ve seen if I’m honest. Ian is a top bloke and an absolute credit to the company.

Brilliant designer

Alicia was an excellent designer to work with. She listened to everything I wanted and aimed to fulfill this. Nothing was too much trouble. She fully embraced my "can we try this" "can we look at this option" with as much enthusiasm as I had. The samples all arrived beautifully presented and allowed me to really pull the vision together without needing the showroom experience. This model also removes any sense of pushy sales person. Alicia's communication was great throughout - she keeps odd hours which meant I'd get a reply quickly if I had a random thought in the evening. At this stage I can only speak for the design and samples experience as it's not delivered yet but this has been the best process - I went to all your local high street brands and this trumps them all
