TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SMILE’s PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
1. Recent Quotes Only
- Competitor quotes must have been issued within the last 30 days prior to Smile Kitchens providing a quote.
2. Like-for-Like Comparison
- The competitor’s quote must be exactly like-for-like in terms of design, product specification, finish, quality, and service.
- Smile Kitchens will determine at its sole discretion whether a competitor’s quote meets the like-for-like criteria.
3. Eligible Competitors
- The competitor must be a kitchen supplier based in the UK.
- Trade quotes, online-only retailers, discontinued ranges, clearance, and ex-display stock are excluded.
4. Valid Proof Required
- A copy of the competitor’s quote must be provided at the time of claiming the offer.
- The quote must be on the competitor’s official letterheaded paper or sent from their official company email address.
- Verbal quotes will not be accepted.
- Quote’s must be submitted prior to attending a Smile Kitchens design consultation.
5. Exclusions
- The price match excludes delivery, installation, and appliances.
- Competitor quotes must include a comparable product warranty.
- The offer only applies to the first quote issued by a competitor.
6. Offer Conditions
- Smile Kitchens’ own quotes are valid for 30 days from issue.
- This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
- Smile Kitchens reserves the right to suspend, amend, or withdraw the Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
- The Price Match Guarantee applies only if the customer attends a Smile Kitchens design consultation.
