We've built our kitchens to stand the test of time. Here's what your 25-year guarantee covers.
The core furniture that gives your kitchen its look, structure and strength is covered for 25 years.
From frequently opened drawers to hardworking hinges and finishing trims, these essential components are included too.
Your guarantee protects against faults caused by the design, materials or workmanship of the kitchen furniture.
Where a covered fault is confirmed, we’ll repair or replace the affected furniture. If the original product is no longer available, we’ll provide the closest suitable alternative.
Our guarantee is designed to protect against manufacturing defects, so there are a few things it doesn't include.
The guarantee doesn't cover problems caused by incorrect installation, poor planning, accidental damage or misuse.
Normal wear and tear, along with damage caused by heat, steam, moisture, chemicals, food colourings or prolonged exposure to natural sunlight, isn't covered.
Worktops, sinks, taps and lighting are covered by their own manufacturers' warranties rather than the Smile Kitchens guarantee.
The guarantee doesn't cover damage or losses resulting from the installation or use of unsuitable appliances, handles or other accessories.

Our 25-year kitchen warranty covers the core furniture of your Smile kitchen, including cabinets, doors, drawer fronts, hinges, drawers and trims, against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
If a covered fault occurs, we’ll repair or replace the affected item in line with our guarantee terms.
The warranty doesn’t cover issues caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
It also excludes damage from heat, steam, moisture, chemicals, food colourings, or prolonged exposure to natural sunlight.
Worktops, sinks, taps and lighting are covered separately by their manufacturers’ warranties.
No. The 25-year kitchen warranty is available to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
You’ll also need to keep your proof of purchase to make a claim.
If the original product has been discontinued, we’ll provide the closest suitable alternative in terms of style and specification.
Any replacement item will be covered for the remainder of your original 25-year warranty period.
If you believe you’ve discovered a manufacturing defect, simply contact the Smile Kitchens team with your proof of purchase and details of the issue.
We’ll assess your claim and, if it’s covered by the warranty, arrange for the appropriate repair or replacement.
Your 25-year guarantee starts from the date you purchase your Smile kitchen.
The guarantee is available on all new kitchens purchased on or after 31st July 2026 and applies to the original purchaser.
