TERMS AND CONDITIONS – REFER A FRIEND PROGRAMME
Eligibility
– The Refer a Friend Programme is open to Mainland UK residents aged 18 and over.
– Employees of Smile Kitchens, their immediate family members, or anyone else connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate.
– To qualify for the Refer a Friend Programme, the referred customer must:
1. Use the referrer’s unique referral code or referral link when booking their Smile Kitchens design consultation.
2. Attend their Smile Kitchens design consultation.
3. Purchase a complete kitchen from Smile Kitchens with a minimum order value of £5,000.
How to Participate
– Eligible Smile Kitchens customers will receive a unique referral code or referral link to share with friends and family.
– The referred customer must use the referral code or link when booking their design consultation.
– Referral rewards are only payable where the referred customer completes a qualifying kitchen purchase in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Referral Rewards
Where a referred customer completes a qualifying kitchen purchase:
– The referred customer will receive £100 off their kitchen order.
– The referrer will receive £100 for each of their first two qualifying referred kitchen purchases.
– Once the referrer has achieved two qualifying referred kitchen purchases within a rolling 12-month period, they will qualify for the enhanced referral reward of £250 for each subsequent qualifying referred kitchen purchase.
– To remain eligible for the enhanced £250 referral reward, the referrer must continue to achieve at least two qualifying referred kitchen purchases during each rolling 12-month period. If this requirement is not met, future referral rewards will revert to £100 until the eligibility criteria are met again.
– For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the rolling 12-month period is measured from the date each referral lead is received by Smile Kitchens.
– Existing customers who have already achieved two qualifying referred kitchen purchases within the previous 12 months at the date these Terms and Conditions come into effect will automatically qualify for the enhanced £250 referral reward.
Reward Payments
– Referral rewards will only be paid once the referred customer’s kitchen order has been fully paid in accordance with Smile Kitchens’ Terms of Sale.
– Payments will be made by BACS within 30 days of the final payment date of the referred customer’s outstanding kitchen invoice.
– Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
General Conditions
– If a referred customer cancels or fails to attend their design consultation, or subsequently cancels their qualifying kitchen order, no referral reward will be payable.
– Referral codes and links are for personal use only and must not be published on voucher, coupon or cashback websites, social media marketplaces or similar promotional platforms.
– Self-referrals are not permitted.
– Smile Kitchens reserves the right to verify the validity of all referrals before issuing any reward.
– Smile Kitchens reserves the right to withhold rewards where it reasonably believes the programme has been abused, manipulated or used fraudulently.
– Smile Kitchens may amend, suspend or withdraw the Refer a Friend Programme at any time. Any referrals received by Smile Kitchens before the effective date of any amendment or withdrawal will continue to be administered in accordance with the Terms and Conditions in force at the date the referral was received.
Data Protection
– Personal information collected in connection with the Refer a Friend Programme will only be used to administer the promotion and issue rewards.
– All personal data will be processed in accordance with Smile Kitchens’ Privacy Policy.
