Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Smile Kitchens AI Image Preview Tool (“the Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
The Smile Kitchens AI Image Preview Tool lets users upload an image (such as a photo or floor plan) and place Smile Kitchens products (ranges and colours) into the space to see how they might look (“Created Images”).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. User Account & Usage Limits
Each user may use the Service a maximum of five (5) times per individual account or device.
We may monitor usage and limit, suspend, or terminate access if we detect misuse or unusual activity.
4. User Content
You may upload only images of kitchen spaces for use in the Service.
Please do not upload images that contain sensitive personal information, unrelated material, or anything you do not have the right to use.
We do not guarantee that personal information (such as metadata or faces) will be removed from uploaded images — you are responsible for the content you upload.
5. Intellectual Property
We own all rights, title, and interest in the Service and any content it generates, including Created Images and derivative works.
By using the Service, you grant Smile Kitchens a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, and publish the Created Images for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes.
You may share Created Images on social media, provided you do not remove any Smile Kitchens watermark, branding, or attribution.
6. Limited Licence to Users
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to view and download your Created Images for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not sell, resell, distribute, commercialise, or use the Service or its output for business purposes.
7. Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate images for inspiration and visualisation purposes only.
Outputs may contain inaccuracies. You should verify all details (including colours, layouts, and dimensions) before making decisions.
Created Images do not constitute a contract, quote, guarantee, or final representation of any product or service.
8. No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is”, and we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smile Kitchens will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Modifications
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms.
Continued use of the Service after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
