– This promotion is available on new, complete kitchen orders placed between 10 July 2026 and 30 September 2026.
– Customers can order a bespoke colour kitchen in one or more bespoke colours at the same price as our standard colour range.
– To participate, customers must purchase their bespoke colour sample(s) by 31 August 2026. Each bespoke colour sample costs £50.
– The cost of all bespoke colour samples purchased as part of the qualifying kitchen project will be refunded against the purchase of a qualifying complete kitchen, provided the kitchen order is placed within the running time of the offer.
– Customers must approve or request amendments to each bespoke colour sample within 5 calendar days of delivery. If approval or feedback is not received within this period, we reserve the right to withdraw the promotional offer.
– If, after two refinement attempts, we determine that we are unable to achieve an acceptable colour match using our manufacturing process, we will refund the cost of the relevant bespoke colour sample(s). No further compensation will be payable.
– The approved physical sample(s) will be the reference standard for manufacture. Colour appearance may vary under different lighting conditions and between digital images and physical products.
– This promotion is available to customers with delivery addresses in Mainland UK only.
– This offer applies to complete kitchen orders only and cannot be applied retrospectively.
– This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or incentive unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
– If a qualifying kitchen order is cancelled after the bespoke sample refund has been applied, we reserve the right to reclaim the refunded sample cost.
– We reserve the right to decline colour requests that cannot reasonably be reproduced using our manufacturing processes.
– We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time. Customers who have met all qualifying criteria before the promotion is withdrawn will continue to receive the benefit of the offer.
– By purchasing a bespoke colour sample, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
