How long have you been designing kitchens for? How did you get into it?

With a background in cinematography and over 4 years in kitchen design, I bring a creative perspective, crafting beautiful and personal kitchens that elevate everyday living with thoughtful, functional design.

Who inspires you?

No singular person, but I do like to draw inspiration from anywhere and anything. The industry is constantly changing, and there’s always something exciting to take inspo from

Favourite kitchen trend

Too many to choose from! But if I had too, I love a darker, ‘moody’ design. Anything that adds atmosphere, elevates a space and creates a real warm & inviting experience is the way to go.

Top tip for designing?

Design your home, for YOU. Trends will always come and go, and every home will have different needs. Focus on your lifestyle and how you wish to use your space day to day. Go with that colour you like, and don’t worry if it’s trendy right now or if it will still be popular in a few years. As long as you like it, nothing else matters!

Unpopular opinion

Forget about the working triangle! Creating ‘zones’ in your kitchen is a far better way to optimise your space. Oh, and dark colours absolutely work in a smaller space! Dark walls in small spaces can be a design triumph. Deep, moody hues like charcoal, deep reds, or green can create an intimate and cosy atmosphere. These colours add depth, making the space feel more substantial.

Favourite thing about designing?

Every single project is so different, and it’s such a rewarding experience to bring these to life. I love a challenge and it’s always fun to create something you might not have realised was possible!

Favourite kitchen range to design in?

The Riven Range! Sleek contemporary style, matte painted finishes, natural wood stains & custom colours! This range has something for everyone, and so many possibilities.

Something you do in your spare time?

Usually playing sports, a bit of football or golf here and there. If not that, then probably enjoying motorsport and working on cars.
