A new kitchen is a big commitment, so it’s important to get it right. Our kitchen designers have years of experience and will advise you to make sure you get exactly what you want.

Be Confident in Your Design

Your designer will create a fully personalised 3D walkthrough, so you can explore every detail of your kitchen before committing. We’ll also send samples to your door, so you can see and feel the quality for yourself. Make unlimited amendments until everything feels just right.

Finalise with Complete Peace of Mind

Once you're happy, we’ll share your full quote and technical pack, then talk through everything on a confirmation call. We want you to feel clear, confident and completely ready for the next step.

Thinking about a Shaker kitchen? You’re not alone. Here are some of the most common questions our customers ask before getting started — from cost and timelines to what happens after your consultation.

Is the initial design consultation free?

There is a £25 fee for the consultation unless you have a discount code. This fee will be deducted from the final price if you decide to purchase your kitchen.

What happens after I book a consultation?

Once booked, we’ll pair you with a dedicated designer. You’ll receive an email confirming your chosen date and time, along with a link to your online meeting. Your designer will work with you to perfect your design and place your order. Unlike some providers, we offer as many amendments as you need, free of charge. 

Then our after care team will take over to manage everything through to delivery and working with your fitter to ensure a seamless and pain free journey.

Do you offer an at home measuring service?

We don’t currently have a home measuring service, but we do have wonderful designers who help walk you through the whole process to measure your kitchen yourself. And then we’ll ask your fitters to double check and verify all those measurements themselves too, just to make sure. Any professional fitter will want to take their own measurements so we verify every inch. Only when you’re happy, your fitter’s happy and we’re happy, do we move ahead with the order process.

How much does a Shaker kitchen cost?

Our Shaker kitchens start from £2,316, depending on range, size and specification.
